Rare-earth-doped strontium aluminate (SrAl 2 O 4 :Eu 2+ , Dy 3+ ) exhibits both photoluminescence and mechanoluminescence, making it highly applicable in fields such as stress sensing and structural health monitoring. Photopolymerization 3D printing enables the monolithic fabrication of highly precise and complex structures, driving the development of high-performance smart devices. In this study, a SrAl 2 O 4 slurry was developed through systematic formulation design, achieving a balance among printability, mechanical properties, and luminescence. Periodic cellular structures with a minimum feature size of approximately 100 μm were successfully fabricated via photopolymerization-based 3D printing.
