Maryam Zulfiqar received her Bachelor's degree in Medical Physics from Islamia University, Pakistan, in 2020, followed by a Master's degree in the same field in 2022. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the College of Physics and Optoelectronics Engineering at Shenzhen University, China. Her research focuses on the synthesis, investigation, and application of transition metal-doped mechanoluminescent nanomaterials. She has contributed as a co-author to four research papers published in well-reputed journals, and her contributions continue to gain recognition, with a growing number of citations. She remains actively involved in research in the field of nanomaterials and optoelectronic engineering.
